Who is Lilly Lo?
Lilly Lo is a Hmong American creative, artist, photographer, advocate, and recent graduate of UC Davis. In June 2025, Lilly graduated with a double major in Communication and Psychology. She has experience in multimedia storytelling, content creation, and social media strategy.
Her work with UC Davis Athletics, ASUCD Aggie Studios, and a Communications Internship with UC Davis Facilities Management has given her hands-on experience in directing, graphic design, and photography. She specializes in on-screen reporting and interviewing, social media management, and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. She enjoys using her voice and media to connect communities by sharing meaningful stories. From on-camera to behind the scenes as Director or Social Media Manager, Lilly has the skillset to help every team thrive.
Looking ahead, Lilly hopes to build a career in the entertainment industry—particularly in sports or music—while remaining open to roles in both creative and strategic communication. With a strong background in communication theory, she’s also interested in exploring opportunities in public relations.
Beyond her media work, Lilly is deeply committed to increasing access to higher education for underrepresented communities. She is driven to push past limitations and break stereotypes, both in her career and in the communities she represents. By bridging her love for media with advocacy, Lilly uses storytelling as a powerful tool to empower voices, build connections, and spark lasting impact.
